Home Gyms: Making the Most of Your Garage Space

Have you started to think that maybe you need to lose the excess Christmas weight once and for all and start living a healthier lifestyle but just can't face the idea of going to an overcrowded and noisy gym? Losing weight and not having to step foot out of your own home can become a reality by converting your garage into a gym. If you are serious about using your garage as a gym then we would highly recommend installing one of our sectional garage doors. We supply three different types of sectional door but the double-skinned LPU door would be most suited door for this purpose as it provides the most insulation for a garage that is being used for a hobby. Thanks to its 42mm thick sections this door can help you to lower your energy bills, whilst providing an effective sound barrier if you enjoy listening to loud music during a workout. Our steel doors come with a choice of three attractive, weather-proof surface finishes: Woodgrain, Silkgrain and Micrograin. They are completely protected against rust and come in a standard Traffic White colour but if you'd like to give your door a more personal touch, we have the Decograin range which is available in six different timber variants:
  • Light Oak
  • Dark Oak
  • Rosewood
  • Golden Oak
  • Night Oak
  • Titan Metallic
Once you've achieved your weight loss goal you can always use the garage for a new hobby instead knowing you have the insulation and protection of the sectional garage door. If all else fails you can use your garage for its intended purpose, storing your car. If you're interested in our insulated sectional doors or would like information on any other ranges we supply, please feel free to contact us on 01603 787069 or email us at sales@autodoorsandgates.co.uk A Sectional Garage Door
