Build Norfolk workshop at Norwich City College

We were recently approached as one of a select group of local companies invited to offer CV and interview advice to a group of 16-20 year old students at Norwich City College. The event, run by Build Norfolk, was designed for young people interested in a career in the construction industry. We were able to give them suggestions on how best to prepare a CV, as well as carrying out mock interviews in order to give an idea of the sort of questions they should expect. With so many people looking for work it is often difficult to make yourself stand out from the crowd. Here are 3 of our best pieces of advice:
